An oval-shaped embroidered device 1 3/8 inches (3.49 cm) in height and 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in width overall, divided diagonally from upper right to lower left, red over white edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) blue inner border notched with a 1/4 inch (.64 cm) long hash mark extending into the oval from either side at the horizontal lateral mid-point and a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow outer border.
